Session Regarding Consulting communication and personal Branding by Nikhil Klakarni

Today we have Guest Session by Nikhil Kulkarni who is co-founder of tripdarwin.com and 10years experience in Consulting at KPMG. After working in KPMG he started own travel company tripdarwin which in segment of Holday segment and Business to Business Services.

1.Business Communication in Consulting 

In Consulting communication is 80%, Relationship is 15% and Research is 5%. and important tools for consulting is Power point,Word,Excel.

We can use tools for various purposes stated below

This Independence day is different from other why because we get chance to promote our self as  part of  #Vocal_for_Local Campaign, On the occasion of 74th Independence day, We the students of NITIE Mumbai and Marketing Interest Group from the ideology of #Mandi sir, promoting Kondapalli Handicrafts - Cultural icons of Andhra Pradesh.

Situated in the heart of Andhra Pradesh, the village of Kondapalli is home to one of India's most treasured artforms − Kondapalli toymaking. Sharing the honour of legacy are the families of Kondapalli, Vijayawada, bringing forth this ancestral tradition and striving to keep it alive in a modern world. Holding this traditional art form close to their souls, the Telugus of Andhra Pradesh take great pride in nurturing their timeless art of carving delightful toys out of wood. Colloquially known as Aryakshatriyas or Nakarshalu, the Kondapalli artisan finds mention in the legendary Brahmanda Purana. Such is the timelessness of handicraft, continuing to shape the identity of society by preserving culture. In 1999, empowered by the government's recognition of Kondapalli toymaking as one of India's geographical indication handicrafts, the beautiful art form sets higher hopes for the future of craft.

Competition from Chinese machine-made toys is our main obstacle, We spend 10-20hours a day making a dozen miniature buffaloes that are sold for a mere Rs 300. We work extremely with life and our lives away making these toys but sustaining ourselves in this competing age is major challeng, it’s time to show our heritage to world in the Vocal to local Campaign.
